Our four products are where we’ve packaged our most-requested work. But much of what we do is one of a kind. Bring us a data, tech or AI problem — in fundraising or far beyond it — and we’ll design the solution.

Working with LLMs
Large language models open up a lot — chatbots and assistants, document analysis at scale, simulated discussions and synthetic personas, message- and name-testing. They’re also easy to over-promise on. We build LLM tools where they genuinely add value and are candid about where they don’t, so you end up with something that works in production, not just a demo. Our political-monitoring product, PoliMon, is one example of LLMs doing real work across tens of thousands of documents. Two bespoke examples:
AI persona testing
For Einfach Einsteigen, we used audience personas and had AI models react to candidate campaign names — surfacing which resonated most, faster and more cheaply than a traditional focus group.
Simulated discussion for training
With Mediale Pfade, we’re developing an LLM-based discussion simulation to serve as a moderation-training tool — currently in development.

Measuring the energy transition
For Beyond Fossil Fuels, time-series indicators — renewable and fossil generation, capacity, price volatility, demand and CO₂ — across 40+ European countries, powering a set of 40+ dashboards. Custom dashboards, far from fundraising.
Data for investigative journalism
For Investigate Europe, aggregated data and interactive maps that quantified €344.6bn of fossil infrastructure shielded by the Energy Charter Treaty — plus a live dashboard tracking publication reach and newsletter growth.
Polling analysis & mapping
For the European Climate Foundation, analysing and visualising opinion polls, and producing maps that reveal the relationship between voting decisions and renewable-energy use.
Strategy from the data
For Climate Action Network, drafting a multi-year strategy for climate-friendly buildings policy in Europe — turning analysis into a concrete plan.
